Service Description

This workout is a form of high intensity interval training (HIIT) designed to get your heart rate up in that very hard anaerobic zone for short periods of time. By doing this, you train all of your energy systems, something that regular cardio workouts usually don't do. Not only does that make you more fit, it helps you burn more calories both during and after your workouts.

Cancellation Policy

We operate a strict cancellation policy as sessions are very popular. You must cancel your booking online no later than 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancelling sessions less than 48 hours before the session does not entitle you to a refund or allow the payment to be rolled over to future bookings. These sessions cannot be rolled over the future bookings. Cancellations made prior to 48 hours before the session can be rolled over to future bookings with prior arrangement. Please respect this and have consideration for other members so they can book into spaces. We understand that things pop up in everyday life that can suddenly change your plans, but please cancel your booking as soon as you know you are unable to make it.
